Shipping Policy

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES All LUXE FOUNDRY orders are shipped from the UK. International shipments may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are assessed and collected by DHL at the time of delivery. LUXE FOUNDRY provides all required shipping documentation, but we are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country.

PROCESSING TIME UK orders are dispatched with a Next Day service (Monday to Friday). International orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on customs clearance. All orders are shipped via DHL with tracking provided.

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS While we aim to keep our inventory up-to-date, if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, your order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.

PAYMENTS We accept all major credit cards, including American Express. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or Authorize.net and include the full order amount and shipping charges. Your card provider may charge additional fees, such as international or currency conversion fees.
