Return Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through LUXE FOUNDRY are final and non-cancellable. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where applicable.

2. Domestic Orders (UK Only) – Limited Returns
UK customers may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery only if the item:

  • Was misrepresented in the listing, or

  • Arrived damaged, faulty, or defective.

To request a return, contact us at info@luxefoundry.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and supporting images.

3. Return Eligibility & Condition Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection before approval. Returns will be refused if they do not meet all of the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned in the exact condition received.

  • Items sold as "new" must remain unused, unworn, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Pre-loved items must not show any wear or damage beyond what was disclosed at the time of sale.

  • Returns with signs of tampering, unauthorised use, or damage will be rejected.

LUXE FOUNDRY reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above requirements.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping. All returns must be sent via a tracked, insured, and signed-for postal service.
LUXE FOUNDRY is not liable for any return lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Please ensure items are securely packaged.

5. International Orders – Final Sale Policy
All international orders are strictly final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for orders shipped outside the UK—under any circumstances. This is due to customs restrictions, resale limitations, and logistical risks.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full. If unsure, please contact us with any questions before completing your purchase.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. All purchases are processed promptly to ensure fast dispatch.

7. Return Request Instructions (UK Orders Only)
To request a return, email info@luxefoundry.com with the following:

  • Full name and order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • Date the item was received

Returns must be pre-approved by our team before being sent back. Unauthorised returns will be refused.

8. Restocking Fee (UK Returns Only)
All accepted returns are subject to a mandatory 3.5% restocking fee, deducted from the refund total.

This fee covers non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs. No exceptions will be made.

9. Refund Processing
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after successful inspection.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. High-Value Orders (£10,000 and Above)
Orders with a total value exceeding £10,000 GBP must be completed via bank transfer only.

Instructions will be provided upon request. Payment must clear in full before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel any high-value order not completed in accordance with this requirement.
